The Singing Bowl!

Whoa! This is interesting! Have you heard of a Crystal Singing Bowl? A what? Yeah there is such as thing as a singing bowl. Did you know that these singing bowls are used in meditation as well as healing? The sound coming from these bowls are believed to be of help to patients in dealing with pain. I’ve done a bit of reading because I am curious on how these singing bowls work. I think I have to do more reading or probably experience it to be able to understand all other benefits.
