White Tea

I am a huge fan of different kinds of tea, in fact I’ve been drinking tea every night. I really do not remember if I tasted white tea during our recent visit to Beijing, China. Probably yes, but due to the many variants I must have forgotten. Anyway I read that there are a lot of benefits of white tea so I really want to taste it or probably include it in the many variants that I drink daily.
